Glazze Crystal is a manufacturer of high-end glassware and home accessories. As we will introduce new products throughout the year there is always something exciting to watch for.

Position Summary
We are looking for experienced independent sales agents in all main US territories. The job requires a sales agent that is able to first identify the correct customer for the company and then build the business relationships necessary to effectively manage and run the territory to its full potential.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following attributes:

• A minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in the Home Décor Industry
• Excellent prospecting skills and knowledge of the sales cycle
• Have a proven track record negotiating and closing the sale
• Proven success in cold-calling
• An exemplary understanding of the English language including polished communication skills
• Passionate about selling and passionate about the Home Decor industry
• Professional, fashionable appearance and attitude
• Self-educated on the general fashion of the day in design, architecture and décor
• Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
• Willingness to travel and work your territory as needed
• Ability to travel to attend training, trade shows etc
• Results orientated with a strong sense of urgency
• Clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Possess the ability to listen, learn, and adapt quickly to feedback
• Dependable and responsible with strong work ethic
• Excellent organization & prioritization skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
