We are happy to accept returns or exchange in the original packaging within ten days of receiving your order and we will provide a full refund. All you need to do is drop us an email at email@example.com, postage must be covered by the customer.
We try to package items as securely as we can, but sometimes these things happen during travel. We replace any items that arrive to you broken. Please email us within 24hrs of receiving your item to report a broken delivery. Please keep in mind that we often request photographs of damaged items.
